JOB DESCRIPTIONS


COMPUTER SERVICES AND MAINTENANCES

a) Hardware and software diagnose and troubleshoot inorder to determine any hardware and software fault.
b) Formatting the computer using low level formatting and normal formatting to ensure that the current computer can be used as previous setting.
c) Installation any genuine software required by client.
d) Updating software/drivers/applications in order to improve its performance.
e) Virus scanning and removal to make sure that any viruses, spy ware, malware, Trojans and worms will not harm the system and also the client.
f) Full computers assembling and testing for new computers.
g) Printer/scanner/fax maintenance and setup to ensure that client will use the system with low cost of maintenance.
h) Improving the performance of the current computer (if possible)


COMPUTER ACCESSORIES, HARDWARES AND SOFTWARES

a) Supplying clients with the latest computers hardware ranging from basic system to extremes computer system to cope with clients needs.
b) Supplying clients with the latest computers software, antivirus and etc.
c) Supplying clients with any computer accessory such as USB cable, power cable, power extension cable, printer ink, cartridges, printer toner and etc.
d) Supplying others hardware such as computer speakers, headphone, projector, uninterrupted power supply unit (UPS) and etc.

MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION

a) PowerPoint presentation for any event that required by client.
b) Macromedia Flash presentation for formal and informal event.



COMPUTER NETWORKING

 a) Layout network plan
b) Configuration wired and wireless network
c) Installation of wired and wireless network
d) Supplying wired and wireless networking devices such as modem, routers, hub/switch, network cables, printer server and adapter.


ONSITE AND FRIENDLY SERVICES

We also providing onsite service which is client can call us at any time during office hour and consult with our technical support person. We will be responding to any reports in 1 or 2 days depending on the report’s queue.
